Killgerm Bed Bug Manual
Killgerm Chemicals have produced an essential new bed bug manual, available in pdf format from the Killgerm website, free of charge.

Until now, there did not exist a single reference containing up-to-date details of bed bug biology and control for the UK public health pest control industry, which this document attempts to address. It is expected that the manual will become an essential reference for all those involved with bed bugs. Please click HERE to download the full Killgerm Bed Bug Manual.

Insect Identification
Professional pest control relies on accurate identification of the pest species to select the most appropriate control methods. With the thousands of insect species in the world, no pest controller can be expected to identify all insects they come across.

Expert identification is available from several museums, government and private laboratories but these services can be expensive and slow. Killgerm endeavours to provide a full insect ID report in less than a week because we know how important it is to your business to receive this information quickly. Samples can be sent to our consultant entomologist at:

Killgerm Identification
PO Box 729, Garstang, Lancashire, PR3 0GZ

Owing to current security concerns please ensure that your name, address and contact telephone number are clearly visible on the envelope when sending insect specimens for identification. This will allow us to contact you in the event of any doubt concerning the package. The use of metal containers should be avoided. Failure to carry out these simple precautions may result in a delay before the package is opened and dealt with.

Please email
technical@killgerm.com for further details.

Biological Surveys / Technical Audits
With our help even the smallest PCO company can bid for business from the big food companies. One of our Chartered Biologists can carry out a full pest control audit of any premises and present a detailed report to support your recommendations or as part of ongoing quality checks. Killgerm will provide you with an independent and expert opinion. Few companies can provide such a specialist service for a price within reach of the average PCO.

Expert Witnesses
All of Killgerm's technical staff are Chartered Biologists and members of recognised industry professional bodies, such as the Royal Entomological Society. This means that they are qualified to act as expert witnesses in a wide range of matters related to pest control, for legal proceedings and court appearances.

Appropriate costs will be charged for case preparation and time spent in Court.
